This specimen is a section of a highly corroded microcline crystal that has many of the voids stuffed with dark, red-purple yofortierite. The yofortierite is present as fine acicular crystals resembling radiating/divergent fibers. Comes with an old Ward's Science Establishment label. Rare mineral!
