A rather large, light-champagne-coloured, topaz crystal is perfectly positioned on this plate of albite that is speckled with small topaz crystals. The topazĀ crystal has almost no damage, at all, save a small abrasion on one corner of the termination. The terminal faces show very nice vicinal faces and the prism faces are lightly striated. The crystal is mostly gemmy, while the left side of the topaz has some natural, internal fractures. Really impressive piece!!
