This specimen is a termination of a microcline crystal that has a "cockscomb" of titanite crystals across the top of it. as well, there is a very nice amphibole crystal on the left side of the piece just below the titanite crystals. The base of the specimen is actually a perfectly flat cleavage plane of the microcline that enables the specimen to sit perfectly.
