This specimen is from the Cianciana Mines area, which was once a cluster of 17 mines. Mining began there in 1840 but was most heavily operated by the British between 1900-1905. The mine shut down officially in 1962.(1)

Three well formed dipyramidal crystals, sit on matrix with en-echelon growth features.  A Sicilian classic!
