A palm sized end cut of high grade from the Beaver Mine showing solid arsenide mineralization with just a little carbonate and rich clots of native silver. Lots of silver sticking out of the uncut side! Once one of the deepest mines in the Cobalt area originally worked between 1907 and 1940. The property was developed by two shafts (the deepest being 1600 feet) and 8.5 miles of drifts and crosscuts. Total production from 1907-1940 being approx. 7.1 million oz. of silver and 140,000 lbs. of cobalt.*
