This specimen shows a very well formed former serandite crystal, replaced by rhodochrosite, with an overgrowth veneer of small oriented rhodochrosite crystals. The rest of the specimen is made up of larger, pale pink rhodochrosite crystals, albite and aegirine crystals. Nice!
