A fragment of the pleasantly green-blue "amazonite" variety of microcline from an unusual p[egmatite locality. The piece is sawn on one side and polished, parallel to the cleavage plane on the back side. Attractive and interesting. The old geologist label affixed to the piece indicates location and that it was collected in 1978.
