This specimens features large hemispherical ball, about an inch, of malachite. Though contacted on much of the specimen the underside shows gorgeous vivid green acicular malachite crystals radiating outward. Smaller examples are common, not so much for this size. The back of the specimen behind the ball shows a metallic mineralization (bornite?). DJ
