Libethenite

Villa Vicosa, Evora Dist.
Portugal
Size: 64x42x37 cm
Largest crystal size: 1 mm

$100.00

A very good example of secondary mineralization generously endowed with sharp, lustrous, green-black crystals of libethenite. It appears as though much of the this specimen is coated in goethite, with many more crystals hidden underneath the layer. Could be a worth while project to see if more crystals can be exposed. Interesting!
