This is one of the nicest hutchinsonite specimens that I've ever seen! I count at least 36 excellent hutchinsonite crystals or bundles on this piece. The front is largely composed of pyrite crystals with some quartz associated and speckled with sharp hutchinsonite crystals. The back of the piece shows the pyrite coated with a grey black mineral, again sprinkled with silvery hutchinsonite crystals. One of the few thallium-bearing minerals! Cabinet specimen. Displays well.
