A couple of parallel growth fluorite crystals grow atop this hemisphere of limestone which is actually part of a stromatolite fossil. The top of the stromatolite hemisphere is covered with sparkling tiny dolomite and marcasite crystals. The top of the clustr of fluorite crystals is actually intergrown into limestone which was probably another layer of the stromatolite fossil. Displays very well!
