A purplish coloured celestine crystal from a "sand" pocket. These crystals have inclusions of fine-grained "sand" which is really thousands of tiny calcite crystals. Not sure why the crystals have the lavender hue, though. Some say its due to tiny inclusions of fluorite or fluorine rich celestine. Nice, anyway!
