A beautiful plate of calcite crystals showing unusual morphology; very elongated scalenohedra with small rhombic faces at the termination. The crystals are full of tiny marcasite crystals, inside the crystals. There are no marcasite crystals outside of the calcite or in-on the matrix. Very nice piece!! Displays very well!
