A singular hexagonal prism with a short pointed termination on one end. The piece has inclusions of hematite and pyrite. Nice example of calcite from this quarry. The quarry is part of the Beekmantown Formation that shows up at several locations, From Saratoga Springs NY, through Herkimer NY, St-Clothilde Quebec, St-Eustache Quebec to Greely Ontario.
