Sharp, white hexagonal aragonite crystals are present in a recess in this matrix. The crystals are all stubby, hexagonal prisms with sharp, hexagonal pyramidal terminations. An index card from the old collection indicates that it was acquired in Johannesburg in 1976. Classic!
