Antimony, Stibnite

Durham Mine, 1275 Level, 1228 Stope, Lake George, New Brunswick
Size: 9.5x3.2x3.2 cm

A vein section showing quartz with stibnite, native antimony and, I believe, pyrite. An amazingly neat, hand-printed label affixed to the specimen indicated it was collected in 1990, probably a few years before it closed.
