One sharp, 22mm dodecahedron of deep red almandine garnet is exposed in the middle of this schisty, chlorite matrix. The crystal is partially exposed and could probably be much better exposed with some diligent work. A little bit of the almandine is missing but is very sharp and nice otherwise.
