  • This is a sweet specimen! Difficult to photograph since the crystals are SO CLEAR and lustrous. The whole specimen is composed of fluorite crystals od a very light green colour. The crystals are predominately octahedral with small dodecahedral bevels on the edges. Really nice crystals! t

  • A cluster of transparent, green fluorite crystals with some white, "crested" baryte peeking out here and there. The fluorite crystals are fairly sharp octahedra with frosted faces and smaller cube modifications at each octahedral corner. Sits perfectly for display. Nice opportunity to obtain a very good, displayable, fluorite crystal specimen from this old fluorite mining area.

  • This specimen is largely composed of botryoidal fluorite with a very nice green colour associated with a smaller amount of purple fluorite. An accompanying Cal-Neva label indicates that the fluorite is associated with amethyst but there is no purple quartz on the specimen, just a little purple fluorite on some massive white quartz. Nice Colorado location! t

  • The top of this plate is covered with light green, fluorite crystals that show predominate, frosted octahedral faces with small, sharp, cube modifications at each octahedral point. The base of the piece is sawn. Creamy, white crested baryte peaks out from between fluorite crystals here and there. Very nice! Displays very well!

  • THAT's not a fluorite crystal, THIS is a fluorite crystal!! A monster fluorite crystal from one of the most famous fluorite crystal producing areas of the world. This specimen is, actually just one big light purple fluorite crystal. it is more purple towards the edges and lighter with iron staining in the larger, middle portions of the crystal. The lustre is dullish. It IS big, though!! Very impressive display piece.

  • Here is a single, half-cube of light green, gemmy fluorite from this famous old mine. The Rogers Mine was a fluorite mine many decades ago. The crystal shows, sort of a mosaic of offset faces on the cube face. As well, there are small octahedral modifications at the corner of the cube. Nice one!
