Spencerite, HB Mine, Salmo British Columbia

The HB Mine, located near Salmo, British Columbia was the type locality for spencerite, a zinc phosphate mineral. The spencerite was reported as fillings in hemimorphite stalactites and other cave formations in an oxidized zinc orebody, during mining operations. These specimens were collected in 1915.
