Well, allargentum is not a common mineral! It looks very much like silver but, unlike silver, it has cleavage. Silver does not! At Cobalt, allargentum occurs in masses and as lamellae in native silver. Here is an excellent example that shows a nice cleavage and lots of smaller ones in a veinlet of allargentum and, probably silver. Note the triangular cleavage markings. Rare!
