This specimen shows a 24mm ball of stilbite crystals atop of corroded pyroxene and feldspar crystals. Some feel that the stilbite results from crystallization of silica and other elements resulting from the decomposition of the pyroxene and feldspar by hydrothermal or meteoric aqueous solutions. Nice looking Grenville zeolite specimen!
