  • An excellent aggregate of copper crystals, associated with carbonate and zeolites, from THE last native copper mine that operated in northern Michigan. I think it closed most recently in the 1990's. Here is a large specimen from that famous operation!

  • A large, branching aggregate of dendritic copper crystals partially exposed from calcite coating and partially still encased. Sorry, don't know the exact mine location but classic Keweenaw! I would think it would be fairly easy to expose more of the copper. Have some fun with it! It is a very good copper specimen and could be even better! Looks great now!
