Well crystallized gmelinite is one of the more unusual zeolites from the Bay of Fundy and thoughout the world! Here are some very nice, reasonable specimens from one of the areas in the classic Bay of Fundy region.

  • Wasn't sure whether to put this one under analcime or gmelinite! This geode-like specimen is lined with pinky-orange gmelinite crystals showing good lustre and sharp faces. The two analcime crystals are lustrous white-colourless trapezohedra and very sharp. Attractive specimen.
